We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If alternative carrier is needed, please leave us a note on the order form.
Return/Refund Policy
As an industry standard for special occasion wear, we have a NO REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY policy. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the item back. All items are carefully and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before sending the merchandise back to us, you will need to email us and receive a RMA#, and write it outside the box. You must write the RMA# on the outside of the box below the return address. All packages that do not have the RMA# on the outside of the box will be refused. All items being returned must be postmarked within three days of receiving them. The receive date is determined by the tracking number for your package.
Different Size Exchange Policy
For an exchange to a different size (for same item and color), there will be a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to receive a RMA before sending the item back. No return numbers will be issued after 24 hours. Please note that we are not able to return the dresses to manufacturer. This is a serious issue for us, and even with the restocking fee, we are still at a loss (item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost).
